At Memewale (a brand operated by ARADHYA), we take pride in delivering quality meme merchandise. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "In Transit," cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- To cancel an order, contact us at joneswilson02@gmail.com with your Order ID within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests are subject to order processing status. If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be declined.
- For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault.
- The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered).
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this window will be automatically rejected.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- You must provide clear photos/videos of the defect or wrong product at the time of raising the request.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes.
- Customized or personalized merchandise (custom prints, name-based orders, etc.).
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Innerwear, stickers, phone cases, and accessories.
- Products where the original tags or packaging have been removed.
- Any item returned after the 7-day return window.
4. Exchange & Replacement
We understand that sometimes things don't work out — replacements and exchanges are easy with us!
- Exchanges are available for size issues or defective products. Raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacements for damaged or defective items will be shipped at no extra cost once the return is received and inspected.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit of equal value.
- The product being exchanged must be in original, unused conditionwith all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange/replacement requests can be raised by emailing us at joneswilson02@gmail.com with your Order ID, photos of the product, and reason for exchange.
5. Refund Policy
⚠️ We follow a strict NO REFUND policy. We strongly encourage exchanges or replacements instead.
- Refunds are only issued when:
- A replacement or exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.
- The product received has a verified manufacturing defect confirmed by our Quality Check (QC) team.
- All refund requests go through a mandatory Quality Check. If the product fails QC (i.e., no defect found, or product is used/damaged by customer), the refund will be denied and the product shipped back.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after QC approval.
- COD orders are eligible for refund only via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You must provide valid bank details.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if the product shows signs of minor use.
6. Return Shipping
- For defective or wrong products, return shipping will be arranged by Memewale at no cost to you.
- For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns (where eligible), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
- Products must be shipped back in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit. Damage caused due to improper return packaging will void the return.
7. How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request
- Email us at joneswilson02@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return/Exchange – [Your Order ID]"
- Include: Order ID, registered email/phone, product name, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos/unboxing video.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, replacement/refund (if applicable) will be processed.
8. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the return conditions stated above.
- Memewale is not responsible for items lost during return transit if shipped by the customer independently (without our arranged pickup).
- Repeated or suspicious return requests may result in the account being flagged or restricted from future purchases.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
- This policy is subject to change. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
